Terms & Conditions — Bless The Nation Tour

1. Registration & Participation

By booking a spot on a Bless The Nation Tour expedition, you agree to comply with all safety instructions, convoy guidelines, and local regulations. Participants operating a motorcycle must possess a valid driver’s license and appropriate riding permit as required by local authorities.

2. Vehicle Use & Equipment

  • Provided Motorcycles: Participants utilizing provided expedition motorcycles are responsible for operating the machine in a safe and reasonable manner. Normal wear and tear is expected, but damage caused by reckless riding or failure to follow lead captain instructions may incur repair fees.

  • Gear & Safety: Helmets and basic protective gear must be worn at all times while the motorcycle is in motion.

3. Payment & Cancellation Policy

  • Bookings: Full payment or deposit as specified at checkout is required to secure your expedition deployment.

  • Cancellations: Booking cancellations made prior to the scheduled launch date may be subject to administrative or non-refundable deposit fees depending on logistics already committed.

  • Route Modifications: Bless The Nation Tour reserves the right to alter routes, schedules, or daily itineraries due to severe weather, safety concerns, road closures, or unforeseen local conditions.

4. Assumption of Risk & Liability

Motorcycle touring and backcountry travel carry inherent risks. By participating in an expedition:

  • You acknowledge and accept the physical and environmental risks associated with open-road touring.

  • Bless The Nation Tour, its road captains, support personnel, and partners are not liable for personal injury, illness, loss, or personal property damage sustained during the expedition except where caused by gross negligence.

  • Participants are strongly advised to hold adequate travel, medical, and personal accident insurance covering motorcycle activities.

5. Code of Conduct & Convoy Integrity

We operate as a unified convoy supporting local communities along our travel routes. Respect toward fellow riders, support staff, local hosts, and highland communities is required throughout the journey. Bless The Nation Tour reserves the right to terminate participation without refund for any rider engaging in unsafe, illegal, or abusive behavior.
